Dr. Lowell R. Smith

• Licensed and board certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases.
• A graduate of Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois.
• Preceptorship at TLC Laser Eye Center in Brea, California.
• Extensive experience in the comanagement of laser refractive surgery.
• Community involvement: Dr. Smith was selected as the 2002 Superintendent's Community Award winner for the Norwalk- La Mirada School District. He volunteers his services to the Norwalk Healthy Start program, Vision USA, Norwalk Heath Fair, Lions Eyemobile and is an active member of the Norwalk Lions Club.
